Day 1-3: Arrive Venice
Enjoy two or three days in Venice. Suggest a guided day of sightseeing and a free independent day, as you wish. Or if you have never been to Venice you may like two full days of touring with a guide.

Bolzano
Day 4: Venice-Bolzano
Pick up at 8:30 am and transfer from hotel to Venice Piazzale Roma, by private motor launch with English speaking assistant.
Then transfer from Venice to Bolzano, approx 3.5 hr drive by private car with English speaking driver only.
Arrival in Bolzano, check-in at hotel. Balance of day at leisure.

Day 5: Bolzano
Full day walking tour of Bolzano, with local English speaking guide, including Piazza Walther, the Cathedral, Domenica Church, Piazza delle Erbe with its fruit and vegetable market, Via dei Portici, Piazza del Grano, Archaeological Museum of Alto Adige, where the famous Mummy Otzi is kept, the oldest mummy found in Europe; and round-trip on the funicular, the oldest funicular in the world.

Verona
Day 6: Bolzano-Verona
Drive 1.5 hrs to Verona, by private car with English speaking driver. Arrival at hotel, check-in.
Some independent time.
This afternoon meet your guide for half day walking tour of Verona including Piazza Bra, Arena di Verona (the Roman amphitheater), Piazza Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Arche Scaligere (the aerial tombs of the della Scala family, a true masterpiece of the international Gothic style.

Bologna - Florence
Day 7: Verona- Bologna - Florence
Drive to Bologna approx 1hr 45 min by private car with English speaking driver.
On arrival meet your guide in Piazza Cavour. Half day walking tour of Bologna, with local English speaking guide, including San Petronio Basilica, Asinelli Tower, Garisenda Tower, San Domenico Basilica.
Afternoon depart to Florence, approx 1 hr 45 min drive. On arrival, rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Florence- Greve in Chianti - Radda in Chianti - Castellina in Chianti –Siena
Morning departure to Siena by private car with English speaking driver. En-route stops in Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti; one wine tasting and typical lunch.
Arrival in Siena, check-in at hotel. Rest of day independent

Full day walking tour of Siena including San Domenico Basilica, the Cathedral, Piazza del Campo, Palazzo Pubblico, Torre del Mangia, Loggia della Mercanzia, Santa Caterina Sanctuary.

Full day excursion to Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, by private car with English speaking driver. Includes lunch at typical restaurant and wine and cheese tastings. Return to Siena for overnight.

Portovenere
Day 13: Siena – Lucca – Portovenere
Departure to Lucca by private car with English speaking driver. On arrival in Lucca, meet the local guide, in Piazzale Verdi. Tour including the Renaissance walls, Piazza Anfiteatro, the Cathedral, Church of San Michele in Foro and San Frediano Basilica.
Continue to Portovenere. Arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of day at leisure.

Day 14: Day Excursion Portovenere - Cinque Terre – Portovenere
Full day excursion to Cinque Terre, including Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, partially by private car and partially by boat or train (it depends on weather, the guide will decide on the spot).

Day15: Portovenere – Portofino
Morning at leisure in Portovenere. This afternoon, 1.5 hr drive to Portofino by private car with English speaking driver.

Day 16: Day excursion: Santa Margherita Ligure – Rapallo
A full day excursion to Santa Margherita Ligure and Rapallo, by private car with English speaking driver only. Return to Portofino for overnight.

Day 17: Portofino – D’Orta Lake – Stresa
Morning departure to Stresa by private car with English speaking driver. En-route a stop at D'Orta Lake; time at leisure for a walk (2 hr stop).
Arrival at hotel in Stresa, check-in. Balance of day at leisure

Day 18: Excursion to Isola Bella
This morning walk 50 metres to the port on your own (hotel concierge can direct you). Your private boat departs at 10:30 am from Stresa Port (Piazza Marconi) to Isola Bella. The boat will drop you off behind the Palazzo Borromeo. Go inside to meet your English-speaking guide at 11:00 am (entry tickets included) for a 1 hour visit.Afterwards, time at leisure to visit on your own Giardino Barocco and for eating at local restaurant. Late afternoon transfer back to Stresa by private boat and walk back to your hotel

Day 19: Depart Milan
Transfer from Stresa hotel to Milan Malpensa Airport (50 kms/50 min).
