We offer private tours for individuals. You select your own dates, style of accommodations and pace of the tour. On a private tour you will have a private driver and private local guides or you may have a driver who is also your guide depending on the destination. You may like to use one of our group tours as a reference which can be modified according to your specifications or we can plan from scratch. We can infuse your private tour with your desired nuances including arranging meetings with authors, artists, philosophers, health professionals and more.
Designing a custom itinerary is time-consuming, therefore we request a $500 development fee which will be credited to your invoice. Should you decide not to book the tour, the itinerary—with details and current flight/train schedules—is yours to keep. The credit offer remains should you decide to book this itinerary with us at a later time. While there is no time limit, the original price quoted is subject to change.
Requested modifications to custom tours after booking are subject to a $150 administrative fee plus any penalties imposed by the hotels or airlines for cancellations or rescheduled dates.
