Costs are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will match you with a roommate if available. If none is available or if you prefer a single room, a single supplement fee will be applicable.

Group Tour Prices are based on a minimum number of people stated on each itinerary. If the final number of group members is less than the number stated, a supplement fee will apply. Price inclusions vary and are listed on the detailed itinerary for each tour. Price does not include additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Traveler is required to have a mobile phone, tablet or other device that can receive phone calls and emails while traveling.

Cancellation Fees Based on Number of Days prior to departure

• $600 Deposit + any airline penalty fees are non-refundable


• Cancellation at 90-76 prior to trip: Cancellation Fee is 75%


• Cancellation at 75 days or less prior to trip: no refund

Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. Should you be unable to go on the tour, or have to return home mid-tour due to a medical reason of yourself, your travel companion or immediate family, or any reason whatsoever, Original World cancellation fees will apply. If trip cancellation insurance has not been purchased, traveler agrees not to request a refund from Original World if the date of cancellation is 75 days or less prior to the trip start date. Traveler agrees that all medical expenses incurred while on a tour and all additional travel expenses incurred due to inability to remain with the group are the responsibility of the traveler. There will be no refund for any unused portion of the tour.

Our tours are guaranteed with a minimum of two people. Original World reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up, which makes the trip economically infeasible to operate. Notification will be given at least 60 days prior to departure. A full refund will be given or you may choose to transfer to another tour. We have never cancelled a tour that had at least 2 people booked, in our many years of operation, however a supplement fee applies if the group size is less than the minimum listed for the tour price quote.

If hotels listed on a tour itinerary have a star rating, it is understood that the rating cannot be compared to the same rating of a hotel in the United States or other wealthy/developed nations. The ratings are given to us by our suppliers and you may find other ratings for the same hotel on various booking platforms.

I am physically fit to travel and without any conditions that would cause confusion and disorientation during the tour. If you are not able to reasonably keep up with the group, you may opt out of some of the sightseeing when feasible. One option for those who still desire to travel with limited ability is to bring a care taker.

Original World Inc, aka Spirit of India, its owners, agents and affiliated companies act only as agents for hotels,transportation companies, land operators and suppliers of travel services and assume no liability in connection with the operation or service of any transportation vehicle or hotel which may be used for services to Original World trip members. Original World and its operators and agents will assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control. Original World reserves the right at any time, either prior to or after departure, to, in its good-faith discretion, change or reprice any tour, including but not limited to the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary, to substitute hotels or leaders, or change any means of conveyance without notice and without allowance of refund, with the liability of increased costs-if any-to be borne by trip members. Original World reserves the right to change any itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisory for the safety of the group or to comply with government restrictions. We have never had to drastically change an itinerary in our many years of operation. On rare occasion minor logistical changes are needed due to changes in conditions.

I acknowledge the risk and hazards of travel. By signing this statement I accept responsibility for my own welfare and waive future claims against Original World for liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. I understand that Original World contracts with a network of operators around the world through affiliate tour operators. These third party service providers are deemed qualified and experienced to the best of Original World's knowledge. I understand, however, that Original World is unable to fully supervise or guarantee the performance of such third parties. Therefore, I fully release and hold harmless Original World Inc from any and all liability for all their acts or omissions.

I agree that this Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability statement shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under the age of 21 traveling with me, my heirs, successors, and legal representatives. I further agree to fully indemnify Original World Inc from all and any liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law and for all its costs, expenses, damages, etc (including attorney's fees) arising from or attributable to any claims or actions arising from my travel with Original World and which claims or actions are specifically released by me in this document. I confirm that I have read, fully understand and agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this document.
